In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the liver governs the flow of energy (Qi) and emotion. When this energy stagnates, we feel it as irritability, tension, or disconnection. Morning Talk & Reflection
Set the tone for emotional transformation. Through guided reflection, explore the roots of anger, the blocks it creates, and the possibility of releasing it with compassion — creating space for peace and clarity.

Qi Gong Practice
Move gently and breathe deeply. This Qi Gong session supports liver detoxification and emotional release through flowing sequences that unblock tension and reawaken vitality, resilience, and creativity.

Breath work Session
A safe, guided journey using the breath to move and release stored emotions. By creating space through breath, we invite stillness, presence, and an emotional reset.

Mindful Lunch (Silent Meal)
A quiet, sensory-rich meal. Each bite is a meditation in presence, reconnecting you with the body and integrating the morning’s insights.

Free Time in Nature

Qi Gong Guide
Julia is a passionate and experienced Qi Gong instructor dedicated to helping individuals enhance their well-being through the ancient Chinese practice of mindful movement, breath work, and meditation. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she guides her students in cultivating inner balance, relaxation, and energy flow. Whether through in-person classes, private sessions, or online programs, Julia creates a supportive and welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels, empowering them to develop greater awareness, flexibility, and resilience in their daily lives.
Through her teaching, Julia emphasizes the importance of gentle, intentional movement as a tool for reducing stress, improving vitality, and fostering overall health. She encourages her students to listen to their bodies, respect their limits, and progress at their own pace. With a holistic approach that blends tradition with modern wellness principles, Julia inspires individuals to integrate Qi Gong into their lifestyle, helping them achieve a greater sense of harmony, strength, and well-being.

Yoga & Mental Coaching
I have spent much of my life navigating the challenges of depression and anxiety. Through this journey, I found my true path to healing not in simply managing my symptoms, but by transforming my mindset.
Mental coaching became my doorway to self-awareness, teaching me how to question my beliefs and reframe my thoughts.
I discovered the power of emotional mastery and learned how to truly honor my feelings rather than be controlled by them. This experience reshaped my relationship with myself, and now, I am passionate about guiding others to find the same peace and clarity through yoga and mental coaching.




Location
Sea of Serenity Palamós is a beachfront haven nestled right on the shores of the Costa Brava — a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and let nature do the healing. Between ocean swims, barefoot beach walks, and sun-soaked siestas, time begins to blur in the best possible way.
The retreat takes place in Palamós, a quiet fishing town on the wild and beautiful Girona coast, where pine forests meet turquoise waters and rocky coves open to golden sand. This region of northeastern Catalonia is known for its raw natural beauty, charming seaside villages, and gentle Mediterranean rhythm. It’s the kind of place where everything slows down, and that’s exactly the point.
Our house sits directly on the beach, so you can roll out of bed and step into the sea. Just a short walk or drive away, you’ll find cliffside coastal trails, hidden swimming spots, and lively local markets. From here, it’s easy to explore postcard-perfect towns like Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, or even take a day trip to the medieval heart of Girona city. Whether you’re swimming at sunrise or journaling to the sound of waves, Palamós offers a gentle landing back into your body, your breath, and your rhythm.
Accommodation
Our retreat home is a peaceful beachfront villa designed for rest, comfort, and connection. Nestled right on the shore of the Mediterranean, the house offers sweeping sea views, sun-drenched common areas, and quiet nooks for stillness and reflection. Rooms are simple, and serene—creating a sense of gentle community while leaving space for personal retreat.
You’ll also have access to a rustic open-air gym space for playful movement and a cozy outdoor jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of practice or soaking under the stars.
Whether you're journaling on the terrace, sharing meals by the sea, or drifting to sleep with the sound of waves, this space is here to hold you. It's not about luxury—it's about grounding, softness, and feeling at home in your body.
